Global Chief Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Officer Nikki Lamba has recently joined the Omnicom Asian Leaders Circle Board; an OPEN ERG within Omnicom that is dedicated to progressing and empowering all Asian employees.

She will be working with Omnicom leaders around the world to deliver on their mission to elevate and connect Asian employees to create a professional community to support and celebrate one another.

Omnicom’s Asian Leaders Circle will focus on inspiring Asian employees to:
• Reach their full potential through meaningful connections and professional development.
• Provide networking opportunities across our collective agencies.
• Unite and collaborate across levels to impact change.
This initiative will drive change for not only DDB but the wider Omnicom network.
