We’re incredibly proud to announce today that Varsha Kaura, Global Business Director for Mars Incorporated, will be joining the DDB Regional Leadership Team.

Since joining DDB, Varsha has achieved great success for the DDB Network strengthening our relationship with Mars Incorporated across multiple geographies and individual agency offices, including adam&eveDDB, DDB Chicago, DDB Guangzhou, DDB Mudra, DDB Mexico, and DDB New York.

She has been a critical part of the digital transformation across Mars Incorporated led by DDB leveraging future-facing data-driven creative solutions to drive growth across the portfolio of brands, including Skittles, Iams, Twix, and more.

Varsha’s leadership and unique set of skills has led DDB to be awarded more of Mars Incorporated’s iconic brands over the last 12 months, including Twix, Double Mint and Skittles social. Her impact has been felt far and wide across our business and we’re thrilled to have her form part of our Regional Leadership Team, tasked with strategically improving our network and ensuring we meet our Plan to Win objectives.
